I need to pick up the pace/focus a little more if  want to make my summer goal.  Today I went on the the elliptical for 30minutes, went on a 1.2mile walk, and went swimming twice! I also act crappy fast food soooo it probably barely equals out.  I talked to Audrey today and we&amp;#8217;re making a pact (with her Aunt) to lose 10lbs by July 25.  I know we can both do it and I&amp;#8217;m super, super, super excited to see her! But at least I&amp;#8217;ve been consistently working out, and the schools get out this week so I&amp;#8217;ll be able to go to the track whenever, which will be good.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I didn&amp;#8217;t lose any weight in the first month of the summer, but I&amp;#8217;m cracking down (and competing with my mom to see who loses the most weight and inches in the next month. Competition works wonders). On the plus side, I bought my first ever bikini this weekend, and I&amp;#8217;m super proud of myself for being comfortable enough to wear it. Hopefully it&amp;#8217;ll just get better from here.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Place the honeydew, kiwi, apple, sugar, and lemon juice into the blender and blend until it’s smooth, then add the ice cubes and blend until the mixture is slushy.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Add all the ingredients into the blender and blend until smooth.&lt;/li&gt;
